Adequate Provision for injuries
to Shrubs and Fences be is already
made by Section 10 of No.14 of 1845, Section 6 of No 12 of 1886 and also
by N. 8 of 1865.
The Regulations to be made under-
the Ordinance will therefore be

confined to the fixing of the han of admission, the repression of riotom conduct, the limitation of smothing,
the exclusion of dogs, and such
like matters.
